The buyer agrees to the Terms of Use as set out below:-

Sales Agreement

The buyer becomes legally bound once they have clicked the order now button on the order confirmation page and an order confirmation email has been sent. This does not affect your cancellation rights if this is within the below guidelines. The buyer (includes buyers that have registered an account) must be 18+ years of age and we cannot be held responsible if a buyer under the age requirement uses our website.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours. The buyer is responsible for making a request within this timeframe. A request can be sent to info@hollyboogiftsgb.com

Please do not assume your order has been cancelled without our written confirmation

Customer Details

The buyer is responsible for checking that their details are correct as providing the incorrect details my affect the processing and dispatch of your order.

Products

All the relevant warning labels are sent with the goods or is stated on the packaging. Where possible these are also listed on our product information/technical specification sections. We ask that the buyer reads these carefully before purchasing and once you have received the item. We cannot be held responsible if the buyer has not followed the guidence provided.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of 20% VAT. We reserve the right to alter product pricing without notice.

Orders

All goods remain the property of HollyBoo Gifts GB until full payment is received.

It is essential that that all of your personal details are correct in the event there is a problem with your order.

If you have any problems with your order please email info@hollyboogiftsgb.com

Please allow reasonable time to sort any issues as we may be waiting for a third party e.g. carrier or supplier to respond before cancelling payment or leaving feedback. We will aim to provide you with updates throughout the process.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 3 to 5 days of cleared funds. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delay when this is beyond our control e.g. Industrial action.

UK Delivery only (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland)

Faulty Products

We do our best to inspect all products especially toys before they are sent but on occasion this might not be possible. Please report any faulty items immediately and these can be returned to us for a full refund (excluding the shipping costs) as per our returns policy.

Licence

We grant the buyer access to the content, information and services contained within our website for personal use only. In no uncertain terms are you permitted to use this for commercial purposes.

You are not permitted to download and modify individual pages or parts of our website.

Our website design, layout content or text cannot be copied, edited or manipulated without our prior consent and the request must be made in writing.

We reserve the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time without giving notice to you. It is the buyers responsibility to check the Terms of Use on each visit to our store. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
