Here at HollyBoo Gifts GB you will find some of my handmade gifts and home decor. I have had an etsy shop HollyBoo Crafts GB since 2021 where you will see over 100 reviews. These reviews can be viewed via a link which is at the top of the web page next to the social media icons. There are also gifts and home decor which I have sourced from reputable UK suppliers and new items are added regularly. I have an admin and customer service background so I always strive to give the best service possible. I aim to reply to customers within 24 hours.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. You will need to notify us by email info@hollyboogiftsgb.com of your intention to return the goods and the reason why. Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused unless the product is faulty or defective.
The buyer is responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred as we are unable to reimburse this cost. Please obtain proof of posting for all returns as returns lost in the post cannot be issued a refund. In this case you should seek compensation from the company that shipped your return.
Damaged Products
In the event the product received is damaged, please take a photograph immediately and send this to us so that we can process a claim with the carrier. Products may be returned within the guidelines above to the return address listed below:-
